Terms of Service

1. Services

Spin Cleaners provides professional dry cleaning, laundry, alterations, and garment care services at our Birmingham-area locations. By dropping off garments or requesting service, you agree to these terms.

2. Customer Responsibilities

• You are responsible for disclosing any known stains, damage, or special care requirements at the time of drop-off.
• Please remove all items from pockets before drop-off. We are not responsible for items left in garments.
• Orders must be inspected before leaving the store. Once an order has left the store, we cannot be responsible for its count or condition.
• Garments must be picked up within 30 days of completion. After 90 days, unclaimed garments may be donated to charity.

3. Liability

We take great care with every garment. However, we are not responsible for any claim exceeding $25.00.

We are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage, wear, or weakened fabric not disclosed at drop-off
• Shrinkage or color changes on garments that do not carry proper care labels
• Damage to ornaments, buttons, buckles, or trims that are not colorfast or are fragile
• Normal results on heavily soiled or set stains that cannot be fully removed

4. Service Concerns

If you are not satisfied with the results, bring the garment back within 48 hours with your ticket. We will inspect the item and do our best to address your concern. Some results may be limited by the garment's condition, fiber content, or the type and age of a stain.

5. Pricing & Payment

Prices are set per item and are displayed at each location. Payment is due at the time of pickup. We accept cash, major credit cards, and debit cards. Prices are subject to change without notice.

6. Pickup & Delivery

Pickup and delivery service is subject to availability and minimum order requirements. Scheduling is confirmed by phone. We are not responsible for missed pickups due to access issues or incorrect address information.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

8. Google Maps Features

Location links, maps, and review content provided by Google Maps Platform are subject to the Google Maps Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
